i saw this movie once, when i was like, 4 years old and never saw it again. now 21 years later i've finally found it and, well, i wanted to tell you that i found it.

it has something to do with mega corporations owning all the fresh water supplies and they take newborn children and put them in these orphanages that train kids to be in their army. this training includes playing roller hockey. and an alien comes down and inspires these kids to rollerblade away and travel fighting fuckers through the desert, or something like that.
