just saw the blu ray of this feature length collab between Frazetta and Bakshi, pretty fucking sweet. rotoscoped barbarian carnage and exceedingly pervy exploitation of near-naked curvy women, what else could you want. So last night i was supposed to see local novelty rap sensations Das Racist play at this party and SoHo but the coppers took issue and the party had to change venues,ultimately leading to a Das Racist dj set at a cramped East Village bar. fun time, i held onto the one bud bottle i purchased and kept refilling it with coors in the bathroom. I ended up furiously making out with this thick one from Bay Ridge on the dance floor. But i still wanted to know what this Das Racist thing was all about when i woke up this morning, so i decided to youtube them. I dont really have an opinion. it seems to be in that Ninjasonik (also Brooklynites) camp.you be the judge.

i heard a new seu jorge (aka knockout ned) song yesterday called 'cirandar' that got me going on this brazilian music kick. i have also been playing call of duty modern warfare and wish they had a better soundtrack when you are going around sniping people in the flavelas. i used to really be into bonde do role but once the original singer left the band i did too.

the seu jorge song is in the background of the capoeira video, but the new version is much better.
