riot police

so this year seems to be going to the riot police. people have been talking about them more lately and i've seen the subject on some of my local readeries. its funny cause it mostly from a fashion stand point. then i see this picture and think its the fashion police riot man taking in sponge bob cause he doesn't approve of the shorts or something.
